Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade soap and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the safety, purity, and integrity of our products for all customers.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’re happy to make it right if there is an error on our part.
