WHOLESALE: Terms and Conditions

 

Purchase Policy:

The minimum purchase to receive wholesale pricing for soap is 16 bars. Each fragrance/variety is sold in sets of 16 for $108. Our wholesale soaps are made to order. Due to their nature, they need time to cure and will be shipped in 5-6 weeks from the time of order.

 

Wholesale Bath Bombs are sold in sets of 8 for $44. Bath bombs can take up to three weeks to be ready for shipping.

 

Wholesale Luxury Guest-Size Soaps are sold in sets of 32 for $80. These are made to order and can be customized.

 

Shipping:

We use USPS. The shipping price will be calculated based on the weight of the shipment, and shipping will be invoiced separately. If you live in Alaska, you are welcome to pick up your order at our home studio in Palmer free of charge. If you would like them to be dropped off in the Anchorage area at a time that is convenient for us, we can do that for a $20 delivery fee.

 

Placing An Order:

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Shipping will be charged when soaps are cured and ready to ship. Our wholesale soaps are made to order and will be shipped in 6-7 weeks from the time of order.

 

Pricing

Our suggested price for the soaps is $12, but you can adjust it according to your needs. Our suggested price for bath bombs is $8.50.

 

Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your product, don't hesitate to contact us at twistedbirchsoaps@gmail.com to discuss your concerns. Due to the custom nature of our products, there will be slight variations in the designs and colors of each batch.
